To be fair, I'd had a good experience before, but my most recent visit to Fiesta was not a good one. I was unable to see the stylist I wanted (it's walk-in only). The stylist that cut my hair was not very friendly, despite my trying to keep a conversation going with her. But the worst part of the visit was that the stylist did not listen to what I asked for with my haircut. I was having rather long hair cut into a very short style, and it'll take quite a while to grow it out to where it can be fixed. Very upsetting and disappointing.
The staff is wonderful and extremely talented. There is also a nice selection of hair products.
I got all over highlights and they look amazing!! Thank you Kimberly you did an amazing job!
